Appearance: Arrives with a translucent cola color; the head is modest and delivers patchy lace patterns
Smell: Roast verging on burnt toast tones; chocolate and coffee
Taste: The roast is quite aggressive, up front, with hints of coffee and chocolate arriving; yeast flavors, after the swallow, with a roasty finish
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: A little too much roast overwhelms some of the other flavors; still, quite good
