At brewery, 6oz from new bottle, decanted carefully:
Clear golden, but with only an occasional surface disturbance indicating any carbonation. Nose is nice, hay-like golden malt with a hint of dusty attic and a splash of tart funk. Initial sips showed an unexpected spritz given the still look and a light and refreshing beer. The chill dulled the flavors, but thankfully it grows a little more tart as I sip it. The tartness is still mild and pairs with some floral notes - like whole flower, stem and all. A sort of spicy leafy grass/herb sneaks into the finish.

Pours a spritzy golden with white head. Retention isn't great, but not terrible. Pear and dandelion on the nose. There's pineapple, lemon, aloe - kind of in a Bert's Bees original lip balm kind of way. It's a touch mineral. It has some copper penny character. There's a touch of vanilla in there as well. It finishes with a little pear funk like my Coconut & Pear lip balm. This is pleasant to drink.
