Pours a copper color with slightly more than a finger of head. The nose is earthy and bready. The body is a touch thin for the style as is the maltiness in the flavor profile. The dry finish is pleasant.

Pours an effervescent copper/caramel with 3+ fingers of rocky cream colored head. Average head retention, maybe slightly better, crazy lacing
S: Rich breadyness, faint woody hops
T: A little breadyness, leafy & woody hops. just a little toffee as well up front. Woody hops & a little brown bread as this warms, some caramel as this warms. Finishes with nice breadyness, some woody hops, a little bit of leafy hop
MF: Medium body, fairly assertive carbonation, thins out a little as it warms, carbonation backs off as well
I wanted just a little more nose & body, but this is as good as many of the Alts I drank over in Germany. This is poundable
