Using the now regular method of dry-hopping to keep all these delicious aromas in the beer, we’ve made a very standard American Pale Ale with no special ingredients or special processes. However, since we so often make beers with special ingredients or special processes, this beer's regular-ness is what makes it special.

12 oz can from a mixed 12 pack.
Appearance. This has a slightly hazy amber colored body and a decent off-white head. Coarse carbonation is visible.
The hints of apricot juice are seconded in the flavor. This is a bold and very juicy pale ale. Dried apricot and tropical fruit notes abound.

look = light pale wheat, translucent, 1/2" head that dissipates quickly over the first couple of sips
smell = (gentle aroma, not strong)slight sweet pine and citrus
taste = crisp clean carbonation, mosaic bitter bite of hops, mildly sweet and piney, citrusy finish--a hint of papaya and orange essence
feel = smooth and refreshing, not thick and syrupy like heavier IPAs. I ended up taking large sips and finishing the glass quickly while writing the review. Will have another immediately.
Overall = I like it. It is what is says. Straightforward IPA, not complex or complicated, but definitely a drinkable balanced IPA. Very "regular" in a good way.

Sixer of cans ran me $8.29 USD plus tax at a beer store in New Orleans, LA.
It's very...regular. In a mundane sense, not a a tongue-in-cheek one. Mosaic hops are not well showcased, or at least not to the extent they are in the great single hop Mosaic beers (e.g. Lone Pint's Yellow Rose).
Tropical fruit. Juice. Citrus. Melon. Pale malt.
Drinkable but forgettable. A shrug of a pale ale from Wiseacre.

Poured an amber gold with good lacing; aroma was of citrus Mosaic hops, flavor was the same but was very well balanced with ample malt. Finish was mildly bitter. Good ale from Wiseacre, worth trying

Poured from 12oz can into glass. No canning date information found.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two finger white head settles to an island and ring. The reduction in the initial head leaves behind big areas of lacing on the glass.
Big hop aromas of citrus (tangerine and orange), melon, and grassy.
Taste of melon and grassy hops, along with fruity citrus hops. Very low bitterness level.
Medium mouth feel, and a little coating. Good carbonation.
Tasty because of its sweet, juicy flavors and low level of bitterness.
