Nearly fully opaque straw yellow with a thick white head settling to a short bubbly collar and fine film leaving spotty lace.
Bitingly bitter, but more in the rinds territory, making it much more appropriate for the style than the Bow Echo's expression. It's a little cannabic, verging close to mild aspirin resin, but background accents of mango and orange rinds help to bring it near Monkish qualities, without quite reaching such "heights."
The fluffy medium body has a really nice feel to it despite the bitterness, finishing semi-dry just shy of powdery.
