Bone Machine is reborn from the Old barrel cellar, conceived by accident during a long forgotten, swoony night prior to an extended and peaceful slumber; as so many wonderful things are. Baring the name of an unfamous cocktail with parts aged over 7 years, we have woven 3 chords of beer into a harmony of flavors and aromas.
In the beginning is our beloved Belgian Dubbel, Holy Candy. This luscious, malty, semi sweet belgian beer is loaded with figs, and was put into an Old Forester bourbon barrel in 2013. We took our dubbel, redolent with raisiny richness, from its 7 year barrel nap, and introduced it to a Belgian Trippel. Additions of Berliner Weisse, OJ, herbs and spices, and orange peel make this 7th anniversary beer truly unique.
