750ml bottle in an IPA glass.
A- Golden color, kind of two-tone courtesy of the IPA glass; pale light gold in the flute, a bit darker up above in the vessel.
The white head is a big cloud of 2-plus F fluff that fades to a firm film. There's lots of sticky lacing all over the glass. Lively carbonation. It's not quite "clouded", more of a very slight haze. Looks good.
A burst of fresh fruit hops; tropical and citrusy. A bit of candied caramelized malt in the background.
As advertised, juicy fruit hops. The malt is slightly sweet but the hops hold up. There's a faint lemon flavor at the end. Slightly earthy with a light hint of pine.
Medium full body tongue tickler. Not very bitter. The bit of candy in the aroma and taste are laid off here, the finish is clean and dry.
8% abv in an IPA can be a make or beak line for me and my likes. Clouded Perception makes!

BB date 5/24/20 . Let warm for 2-3 minutes.
Hazy medium yellow, with one finger of fine, creamy white head. Looks like slightly diluted pineapple juice, with a head.
Smell is pineapple, slight lemon, slight grapefruit, mixed fruit chewing gum, and a "fresh" malt aroma (wheat?) . Also a bit of a sweet floral smell from the open can. As it warms (Initially, opened it too cold ;) ) I get some Valencia("juice") orange.
Taste is candied grapefruit rind (like the raw fruit, but sweeter), pineapple , a touch of lime zest, and a mixed fruit element, that leans papaya. Moderate bitterness, that complements the sweet fruit notes, and is slightly less prominent. Maybe a 55/45 ratio, to the sweet/fruity side.
Soft, pillowy feel, without being creamy, and on the light side of medium . Moderate, fine carbonation tingle, that lingers a bit after finish.
Overall, thoroughly enjoyable, and easy-drinking. Nothing "Wow" , and pretty much straight down the middle of the style, but well-executed in every aspect, so you get just what is expected. In that , there is satisfaction, and maybe a bit of joy. Do let it warm up a bit (10 min?). You'll be rewarded for your patience. Flavor and feel are considerably better than when cold.

I'm wanting to give this baby a 4 rating because it deserves it.....almost. except for the lack of nose appeal( hop wise), it's almost there. Pours great in a wide glass, cloudy as it should be and the taste is pungent and slightly bitter with a twinge of mango, lemon, pine and slightly sweet orange peel. Nice mouth feel and quite refreshing aftertaste of citrus. I actually have drank myself into a 3.99 rating! Enjoy!

Picked this up on a whim at a small store near my aunt Jenny’s in the Adirondacks. Had gone to Crossroads on a previous trip and was impressed with the selection. Didn’t have any cell phone service, so picked this up blind. Had the other three in New York, giving them in either a 3.75 or a 4.00, noting that could change once I reviewed it. Can description read, “Clouded Perceptions is a juicy and hazy IPA with generous amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops. This beer transcends space and time to elevate your clouded experience.”
Poured a golden hazy color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white head. Could see some slow moving bubbles creeping up along the sides of the glass. World-class spiderweb lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled Citra, grass, Mosaic, Juicy Fruit, berry, mango, stone fruit, herbal and hay. Hops were a little more pronounced out of the can. (Smell - 3.75)
Tasted grass, hay, Citra, Juicy Fruit, Mosaic, stone fruit, berry, mango and herbal. Not as good as the smell. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Dry finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Not as good as I evaluated it before this review. Very good though. (Overall - 3.75)

Excellent NE IPA. I can't get enough of this stuff. Galaxy really did a great job on this one.

This is a new, 2019, incarnation of this beer, and is much better than it had been in year's past. Wonderful Mosiac-heavy aroma and solid, nutty/malty aftertaste. There's simply more here than there used to be. I suspect that the Brewers agree given that it has recently been advertised, along with the more-well-know Andromeda, as Galaxy's new "flagship." Pick it up if you can find it fresh. It holds its own against the other very good upstate breweries (Equilibrium, Upstate, Prison City, etc.).
