Got as a gift! Served at 4deg C in a tulip
A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that films out within a minute or two. Medium gold colour and unfiltered
S- Yeasty and musty.
T- Nice farmhouse ale. Has a lot of yeast. Nice funky base. That mild rotten taste is pretty nice!
M- Dry and tart. Light on tongue.
O- Nice brew. Very light and refreshing. Enjoyable light brew. Flavor packed. Will buy again
Food Pairing
This wonderful brew went well with......... Doro Wat. It's Ethiopian chicken stew with eggs. Pretty spicy and this brew works with it well
