Frankly, I'm not sure what's wrong with the first two reviewers on this beer. This is absolutely a world-class wild sour beer, and has every attribute to stand up to that consideration. The beer opens right out of the bottle with a generous head and a gorgeous burnished orange color. The nose is delectible, delicious peaches and cream and mango with just the lightest present scent of vanilla. The body is delicious and thick and creamy with a light tinge of funkiness and some wonderful and needed astringency from an almost acetic character. The flavour is exquisite, blending delicious oak vanillins, creamy funk milk, fruity esters hinting at apple, peach, mango, and lime, with a topper of delicious oak and some wonderful tart flavour. People underrating this beer apparently don't know what they're looking for.

a basic sour. on tap at bar hop brewco. thick lace. some good wood in the finish.good execution if simple. Interesting base beer and very good drinkability.
