We brewed this beer over two years ago with our friends from Blindman Brewing in Lacombe, Alberta. Brewed using malted sunflower seeds in an experiment that give it a moderate body and intriguing roasty flavour. Aged in barrels for a year and a half and bottle conditioned. Strong pineapple and melon funk with an assertive acidity and slight oak flavours.
