A returnable large bottle shared among 3.
L: Pours a clear caramel color with fairly lively carbo, a 2" frothy bright white head that very slowly recedes, scattered medium thick full circumference lacing.
S: A touch of biscuit malts, a gentle floral hop note, lightly earthy,
T: Caramelized malts with gentle background toasiness, yeast, a gentle sweetness via orchard fruit notes, then a lingering light bitter note that stems from hops and has a zesty suggestion.
F: Moderately lively, quite brisk and sparkling medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long slightly dry finish.
O: I really like the taste of this beer. It has kind of a Belgian feel and American flavors. Very pleasant drinking, delightful tasting, well balanced and no extremes. Happy my friend shared this beer as it is worth seeking out. This Sparkling IPA is excellent.
