Pretty decent offering from this Carbon County brewpub. Their best looking & smelling beer I've had, for sure.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Dark copper red color with a thick, creamy, layer of foam.
S - Roasted caramel, honey malt, faint citrus, and very mild spiciness. Need more going on with the nose.
T - Balanced throughout and is really more malt forward than anything. The hops do pop up but at the very end and they linger. Ends with a lingering, moderate piney bite. Grainy.
M - Full medium body (the best part of this beer), silky smooth (was on nitro tonight), finishes dry with wetness on the sides of the tongue.
O - Balanced. Would not try this one again but glad I did.

From 01/02/16 notes. On tap at the brewpub in PA.
Overall pretty good; one of their better beers and their best normal offering. Easy to drink and a nice hoppy taste to it.

Appearance was a very light brownish color with reddish edges – something reminiscent of brown cream soda. The body is far too light for a DIPA. The flavor profile is also far too mild – the hops are barely present. There is also an odd sweet note that comes from out of nowhere.
