Taste: tart, semi sour fruit, fresh crisp notes sharp and herbal hops. Floral hopped nose. Gold in color, unfiltered, with foamy head and nice ringed lattice. Medium body.

L- The beer pours golden and slightly hazy. The head is 3 fingers of thick white foam. The head recedes to a thick film with large curtains of lace.
S- The nose is grapefruit, slightly sweet, mixed with musty phenols from the champagne yeast.
T- The taste is slightly sweet citrus up front with some earthy phenols finishing it up.
F- Mouthfeel overall is medium. There is some heft here, but the champagne yeast has it finishing slightly dry. Not as dry as some Brut IPA's that I've sampled.
O-Not a bad Brut Ipa, but like myself it's starting to show it's age. I suspect that it wasn't quite as sweet when it was fresh. Still it's quite drinkable with the yeast making it different enough to be interesting.

Moderate pour yields a huge white head over a slightly hazy straw body with some lacing. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus, and a bit of a mineral aspect as well. Taste mirrors nose with citrus taking over with a wonderful, dry finish. I'm really liking this brut style IPA. Great feel akin to champagne and overall a great little collab right here. Cheers!!!

Tasted in a Riedel flute from a one pint can on September 2, 2018. A collaboration brewed with Aslin Beer Company. Aromas and flavors of pineapple and passionfruit. Crisp and bubbly feel.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a conical pint glass; canned 07/12/2018.
A: Pours an essentially clear, if no crystal clear, golden color with robust head formation (almost two inches), leaving a fluffy, foamy white head, strong retention, and lots and lots of lacing. Yeastier, thus a more open golden color, when topped off.
S: Aromas of tangerine, blueberry, and caramel evolving to toast --> cookie as it warms.
T: Strong caramel flavor with aromas, except blueberry, secondary. Light refreshing bitterness.
M: Light bodied with champagne bubble carbonation.
O: Light, flavorful and highly enjoyable. Not familiar with the style but would certainly try it or another similar brew again.

well, this is it. And I could only find it at Premier Gourmet, and at least only one can I could buy. Better cooler, and maltier, I am not crazy about the extreme dry bitter quality at room temperature.

Bottom of the can stamped July 18, 2018.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-glossy bright yellow color to it. Mild foamy cap of a little white head. Mildly dissipated to leave some concave lace.
The aroma had a ton of grassy to floral sweet hops flowing into a lavendar-like and slight lemon sweet pulpy character. Slight white bread on the back end.
The flavor had a midly sweet florally dry sort of taste to it. White cracker came in close to the end. Mainly a floral dry aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Some of the dryness wants to show some distractible on my tongue.
Overall, I don't know exactly what this beer is supposed but this seems like it's having an identity crisis.

This has some unusual and interesting flavors. Clear dark lemon with a frothy head and a coating of lace. Aroma at first seems like a heavy malt smell but I think it's these hops. Taste is a little dank and citrusy. Mouth feel is good. An interesting brew...might grow on me.

At the brewery this one is called "Hot Pink" but it is a collab with Aslin so I'm rating here. Look is just a very slightly and uniformly cloudy straw with a small white head & thin stream of bubbles which remain active throughout. No lacing to speak of & no fluffy head which many of their other IPAs have. Aroma is mild with pineapple, passionfruit and a hint of champagne. Taste combines those three flavours as well with a touch of wet grassiness and perhaps very faint sour apple. Mouthfeel is slightly bubbly and not as smooth or full as I'd like. This one is a decent beer to drink once but to me does not compare to some of the great IPAs from Collective Arts. Waiting for them to match their efforts from IPA #5; #6 coming out soon - will it be the one?
