Collaboration with Stigbergets Bryggeri
You might be surprised (scared) by how most brewers really think. Most of us don't want to drink DIPAs or pastry stouts all the time; more often than note actually love to drink sessionable, refreshing beer. Using these Thought Patterns, we teamed up with our Swedish homies from Stigbergets to make a super flavourful and refreshing dry-hopped lager. Enjoy! We know we will.

Collab with Swedish brewery Stigbergets; dry hopped with Mosaic.
16 ounce can - dated July 31/19.
Pours a clear straw yellow with compact 2-3 fingers white head into lager glass.
Aroma - piney hops on the head, grapefruit, peach, melon, bready malts, slight cracker.
Taste bright crisp clean cereal malt, citrus, melon, hint of lemon, grapefruit, and a touch of piney hops at the finish.
Medium mouthfeel - frankly may have guessed 5+% ABV - very clean, smooth and drinkable. Perhaps a reminder I should drink more quality lagers. Delicious.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
