473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Sep 7 2021 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a turbid purplish-pink colour, its body rife with floaties; seated atop is nearly a finger of smooth, bubbly, pale pink-tinged head that melts within ninety seconds tops. A modest smattering of stringy lace is spread about in its wake, which also leaves behind a tight collar; looks fine to me, like a (very thin) berry smoothie. Lemon, gooseberry and moderate lacto funk on the nose, as well as sweet raspberry and blackberry notes.
Not as sour/funky as the other Jam Ups - something about the berries seems to dampen those aspects. Blueberry and lemon at first, with continuous lactic acidity present throughout the sip; wheaty malt and raspberries crop up by the midpoint, with hints of blackberry skin and raspberry seeds in the aftertaste. Light-ish in body, with assertive carbonation that remains prickly and crisp down to the last gulp, giving a nice bite to this brew's smooth, somewhat fluffy texture. Excellent drinkability - I almost managed to run out of beer before I finished typing this out!
Final Grade: 3.93, a B+. Jam Up Berries is a solid berry sour, with the berry sweetness helping to cut the lactic acidity/sharpness that features more strongly in the original, unaltered Jam Up. That being said, I still feel it's one of the weaker Jam Up variants I've tried so far - then again, this is a pretty old can, so I guess I'll just have to keep my eyes peeled for another batch, and update this review as necessary. If you spot a fresh flat and have an affinity for berry sours, this should be an instantaneous grab.

Canned December 14, 2021. Served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase for around $4 CDN.
Appearance - Dark purple-pink in color with a two finger loose pink head. Some clarity and lots of pink lacing sticking to the edges of the glass. Modest staying power.
Smell - Some berries, sweaty gym socks and leafy, weedy undercurrent. Berries and gym socks most dominant.
Taste - Blueberry and blackberry most prominent, raspberry thrown in for depth. Semi-sour, with leafy overtones. Pretty good fruit, but definitely can taste the dry hopping (which may or may not be to your preference)
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, fizzy at first but that settles out and semi-dry to finish.
Overall - Another good sour from CA, although I think I prefer the original to this one with extra fruits.
