This is our take on a classic mimosa! With 30% unfermented, freshly pressed orange juice, blended with a slightly sour beer base

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 355mL in a pint glass. From my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. Canned October 7/24. My twelfth beer from the Hamilton, Ontario brewery, and fourth for 2025. With both Gracie and Sundae...

Pours no foam. Color of orange juice, very yeasty with lots of floaters.
Tastes exactly what you expect it to. Heavy on the orange juice, and being little sweet and sour. It's pretty good and very easy to drink, although you must like orange juice to drink this one but that goes without saying.
I like it for 1 drink. Wouldn't have more than 1 at a time.
Tastes more of a fruity drink than a beer but that's ok sometimes for me.
This is what I would consider a breakfast beer.
It's fine but not too much character to it besides being heavy on orange juice, which I can see being over powering against other qualities when it comes to making a beer but that is exactly how this drink is supposed to be like.

The pour is marigold colored. On the taste, I'm getting tart orange juice along with a hint of sourness. Cheers! B

Appearance: Pours cloudy and the color of orange juice with a film forming and fading; no lacing
Smell: Orange juice tones with a bit of sour wheat underneath
Taste: Orange juice forward with a tingly sour balsa wood flavor developing; prickly sour tones emerge, after the swallow, but the orange juice flavor remains dominant
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with low carbonation
Overall: Collective Arts does a pretty good job here of mimicking the Mimosa

473 mL can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours a bright orange hue and turbid. It is topped with a few inches of tan head that leaves little lacing.
It smells like orange juice with hints of vanilla and a slightly tart aroma.
Tart orange flavor. It drinks like orange juice.
Medium bodied with smooth mouthfeel
I guess the other reviewers do not like OJ. This is a perfect breakfast beer. It's before 7am, and I am drinking this quite easily.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated May 16 2022 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a turbid pale yellow-orange colour, generating nearly a finger of fizzy, foamy white head that fades within two minutes or so. Rather than lacing, it leaves behind a sticky film of orange pulp gunk, not unlike an actual glass of pulpy orange juice. Smells a lot like OJ, too, although I'm also getting hints of white grape, wheaty malt, and a touch of lacto sourness.
It's an accurate take on the real deal - lots of fresh-squeezed orange juice flavour, balanced by hints of grape sugar and white wine. Suggestions of wheaty malts underneath, with lactic sourness occasionally surfacing in between the waves of citrus juice; mildly tart finish with more tangy orange and a hint of grape skin lingering beyond. Medium-light body - all of that added OJ provides a decidedly juicy texture, while the assertive spritz of the carbonation helps to complete the mimosa illusion. I found this extremely poundable, and I bet it'd be downright thirst-quenching given the proper environs - I'm thinking a golf course, or a hot patio.
Final Grade: 3.78, a B+. Daily Forecast Mimosa is, uh, a serviceable rendition of a mimosa. I want to emphasize that I don't dislike this sour - it's palatable, and tastes like it's supposed to, but at the same time, there's virtually no depth at all, and so I don't see it maintaining most beer geeks' interests for long. As with any cocktail-mimicking beer, I'm forced to ask myself one question: why not just whip up a real mimosa, instead of settling for a pre-mixed (gluten-added) substitute? They're literally just equal parts orange juice and champagne. I know, I know... ain't nobody got time for that, I guess.

Pours cloudy straw with a crackly immediately dissipating head. The aroma is of tangerines, oranges, lactic tartness. a bit of doughy pale malts. The taste is tart and citrusy with plenty of tangerine and grapefruit. The mouthfeel is full bodied with creamy carbonation. Light hops throughout. The finish is fruity with juicy citrus and some lactic tartness behind.
A complex and tasty interpretation of a Mimosa beer. I'll seek this out again.

Appearance - Pours a cloudy orange gold with two fingers of fizzy white head that dissipates quickly.
Smell - Freshly squeezed orange juice, tart citrus, some sweet vinous aromas, wheat malts.
Taste - Not going to lie, it tastes like a mimosa made with fresh OJ! A little more tart than I expected.
Mouthfeel - Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A little sticky and dry on the palate.
Overall - This beer is a clever little trick! You would think you were sipping on a mimosa rather than a beer. Is it wrong that I want to have this with brunch?

473 ml can served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase. Canned March 11, 2022.
Appearance - Hazy, yellowy orange color with two fingers of very quick receding head.
Smell - Orange juice, a little more citrus. Pretty close to a mimosa.
Taste - Sort of sour, rather mimosa like. Plenty of orange flavors. Some sweetness, but definitely still leans sour.
Mouthfeel - Pretty spritzy, again like a mimosa. More juicy than most (because well juice)
Overall - Refreshing brew, not one I'd go to on the regular. I will stick to regular mimosa's or just beer, If you have an itch that a radler might scratch, the forecast is sunny for Daily Forecast: Mimosa as it's a nice alternative.

Purchased as a single can from The Blue Door for $4. Poured into a tulip glass. Reviewed earlier this morning, but posting now.
L - Hazy yellow, with a minimal off-white head. Fantastic lacing.
S - Orange juice, wheat, and slight bubblegum.
T - Follows nose exactly. Basically like orange juice with a splash of a cheap hefe. Sweet.
F - Medium-bodied, with medium carbonation. Extremely easy-to-drink - I finished the whole glass within two minutes without realizing it.
O - It definitely tasted like a mimosa, but made with beer instead of sparkling wine. It was objectively bad, but its low ABV made it a pretty nice brunch option. I'd give it a try if you found it in-store, but I won't go out of my way to get it again.
