I had this beer on-tap in a can glass at the brewery in Longview.
Appearance: dark yellow hue with a moderately heavy haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: citrus peel aroma with orange and grapefruit and a moderate sweetness. Not too complex, but not bad.
Taste: bitter grapefruit peel is the predominant hop flavor, and the malt is moderately sweet. A little on the bitter side for a hazy but otherwise nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a decent IPA, though it lacks the slightly less bitter, slightly sweeter profile typical of a hazy.
