Opaque black Coffee color with a modest but lasting tan head and some nice bits of lacing.
The aroma is fantastic - loads of tasty vanilla, dark chocolate and bold coffee over a nice caramel malt.
The taste, thankfully follows nicely, just luscious.
The body is medium, creamy smooth, very drinkable, good carbonation level, low bitterness. Altogether, this is an excellent brown ale and great as an after dinner or desert beer. I could make this a regular.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured an opaque dark with ecru ring head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had bold vanilla and subtle chocolate notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with big vanilla presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Dark brown in color with little light penetration. There’s a fingernail of khaki brown on top. The aroma is of nutty malt and bold Kona coffee. I’m tasting hazelnuts and dark, bold Kona coffee. The mouth is dry and lightly oily.

On draft at International Tap House. Poured a dark brown color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of vanilla, roasted coffee, chocolate, toffee and caramel. Nice coffee taste with subtle vanilla and toasted caramel.

Poured from the bottle to a Teku glass. Pours the color of cola with a thin tan head. Lots of of vanilla on the nose. Chocolate, hints of coffee. Thinner body but lots of flavor. You notice the vanilla right away. Faint hints of bitter chocolate and roast. Maybe a little coffee but not as much as I remember from having it on tap in the past. This is is really a great brown ale.

Had on tap. This beer blew me away, just so much bang for buck in the flavor. Tons of vanilla, tons of coffee, tons of caramel and chocolate malt, all while maintaining a silky smooth, yet slightly thin, body with warming molasses finish. A decadent dessert
