Pour a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, wheat, yeast, hint of citrus hops, hint of caramel malt, and a hint of pale malt. Fits the style of an American Dark Wheat Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of roasted malt, sweet malt, hint of coffee, caramel malt, hint of yeast, and citrus hops. Overall, good appearance, aroma, blend, body, and complexity. The wheat is overpowered by the coffee, roasted malt, and hops though.
