Pours a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and decent lacing. Smells of yeast, earthy malt, sweet malt, alcohol, hint of spice, hint of caramel malt, and fruit. Fits the style of a Biere de Garde. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, floral, alcohol, caramel malt, fruit, slight spice, and slight earthiness. Overall, good appearance, complex aroma and body, good feel, and the fruit aspect is mesmerizing.
