A big vanilla aroma hits you up front with a light crisp medium body and pleasant vanilla finish to back it up.

poured from a 16oz can into my forager nonic pint glass. pours clear straw gold with two fingers of fizzy white foam head. floral vanilla, honey and cream soda on the nose. tastes follows but the sweetness of the nose hits even harder. it’s very much like cream soda in beer form. the taste finishes with an odd root or earthy vegetable flavor which contrasts greatly with the initial vanilla and cream soda sweetness. medium-full mouthfeel bordering on thinner. had a little higher hopes for this one. it’s not terrible, certainly not undrinkable just a little off with the flavors in the finish which also show up more on the nose as it warms.

Clear golden color with a very modest and fast disappearing white head.
The aroma is sweet vanilla.
The taste is also sweet vanilla up front with just some hints of caramel and coffee toward the finish, mildly sweet, no real bitterness.
The body is light/medium, decent level of carbonation, creamy smooth and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a pleasant tasty brew, no real complexity, just a nice enjoyable drink that could go with most lighter fare and is a nice relaxing change of pace.

Not bad
I was a little discouraged by the smell at first. I know other reviews are saying the vanilla comes through loud and clear but honestly my first thought was "fermented underwear"
But that was just on the pour. After it's settled the vanilla did indeed come through?.
It's a hazy yellow. Not much head but still decent pacing
As for the flavor, it is exactly what is advertised on the van
Vanilla
Pleasant mouth feel with a dry finish.
It did leave my tongue and lips. Feeling kind of numb though... Kind of like Carmex!

I'm trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had coffee notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with coffee blend. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

16oz undated can poured into a pint glass shows a still, lifeless, clouded pastel yellow body. A cap of thin, near colorless bubbles formed upon pouring and we're gone before I put the can down. The glass remains clean.
Aroma is strong, sweet vanilla, as advertised and flows right into, and also dominates the flavor. There is a slight carbonation note up front, showing it is there, along with a grainy note at the back of the palate, however the focus is sweet vanilla.
Mouthfeel is creamy, full and slick, while exhibiting a drying finish.
Overall a bit single minded, but it hits the mark set.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a clear golden color with a puffy head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, fading to leave a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is sweet of a vanilla and creamy smell mixed with tons of caramel and toffee. Along with these smells comes a decent showing of a bready and doughy smell, mixed with a touch of grain and yeast.
Taste- The taste begins with a rather sweet bready and caramel flavor that is matched by vanilla tastes and a bit of grain. These flavors constitute the base of the brew, lasting throughout. As the taste advances there are notes of toast and a touch of herb that develop. Flavors of toffee and crème also develop more as the taste advances, leaving one with a slightly overly sweet and creamy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew was medium to slightly thicker for the abv with a carbonation level that was higher. For the sweet and creamy nature of the brew, coupled with the lower abv. the feel was good creating an easy sipper that matched the creamy vanilla nature of the flavors rather well.
Overall – A bit on the sweeter side, but a rather fun crème ale overall. One that I wouldn’t session and likely wouldn't drink that often, but the occasion drink once in a while yeah.

There is no head when all of my friends and I poured it. Very interesting since it is still carbonated. Its smell is fruity with a dominating sweet cream smell, but the flavor stood out the most. It was a very smooth drink that had a lovely sweet taste that leaves a very bearable and almost tasty aftertaste. Not the strongest beer so it has me very comfortable to have another one. Cheers

Pours a standard translucent gold with a fluffy white head. Smells like sweet vanilla with hints of slightly carmelly malts behind it. The taste has that same vanilla flavor to it, but it's not overpowering. It has undertones of a marshmallow like sweetness with just enough grain taste to let you know you're drinking beer. It goes down smoothly, but feelwise it's nothing to write home about. Overall pretty good.

If your looking for a light ale and dig cream soda, this is a good choice. I grabbed a couple of 16oz. cans and this beer delivers what it sells. A light ale with vanilla smell and taste. The lacing and head don't last long, but the carbonation seems to last and is consistent. This would be a good pick for someone who's new into craft beer. It's sweet, not overpowering, 4.6 abv, and the vanilla smell will keep them interested. It may be too sweet for some who prefer a more traditional ale.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a Willi Becher glass. Clear golden color, with a fluffy three-finger white head that left some spotty lacing as it settled. I've always said that I appreciate it when a brewer delivers on his promises. This one delivers huge flavors and aromas of vanilla, as promised. Not overly sweet, with a nice caramelly malt backbone balanced by a pleasant bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, crisp finish, and a bit of vanilla lingering on the palate. If you like cream soda, no doubt you'll find this one appealing.

Poured from a can. Straw in color with a white head. Smells of malt and vanilla. Taste follows the smell, this beer feels light bodied and light on taste and complexity. Not bad but needs a little something more
