There are two Elijah Craig barrels releases for 2019. We were able to acquire an 11 year old and a 13 year old barrel for 2019. Each barrel is uniquely different from the other. Our original plan was to blend them until we tasted them and realized it would be a shame to blend them because of that uniqueness. Dark chocolate and caramel notes abound in this barrel.
