Dear Agony - Pinckney Bend Whiskey Oloroso Sherry Casks

This sherry cask variant of Dear Agony brings a real unique twist to the Dear Agony series. Reminiscent of a fine cherry cordial this variant brings notes of chocolate, caramel and cherry all from the the sherry cask itself. After the sherry cask was emptied it was then filled with Pickney Bend whiskey and aged for two and a half years to arrive at their sherry cask whiskey. We then acquired the cask and filled with Dear Agony and aged it for one year.
