I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured an opaque dark with ecru ring head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had bold horchata and subtle chocolate notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with big horchata spice presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
