16oz can. No dating information found.
Mostly clear, deep amber colored body. Two fingers of khaki colored head retreats to a thin cap. Leaves behind some short strings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted caramel malts and green apple.
Taste is sweet and full of caramel and toffee malts. Quick spicy bite at the end. Contributing green apple flavor.
Medium mouth feel. Smooth finish. Good carbonation.
Liquid bread marzen with a green apple addition.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a good-sized, khaki-colored head of foam. It left patchy lacing on the glass. It smelled of toasted malt, caramel and sweet toffee. Good roasted taste with biscuity notes and sweet caramel. Nice bitter edge, too.

From a sixteen ounce can, this beer is a slightly hazy deep amber color with a thin off-white head. The aroma is malty, with a soft, bready quality. The taste is lightly sweet, with plenty of malt character and just enough bitterness for balance. Quite tasty.
