The appearance was a sly burnt orange close to brown color with a nice transparency to it. Once again, like the last beer, filled high enough and slow enough without a head nor lacing, I’m not worried, I get it. The smell started off with a nice sweet grassy maltiness. Light estery fruits roll in to blend nicely. The taste was moderately sweet with a grassy bitterness playing into the blend. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionable feel to it. Carbonation felt right as a bock and a decent lingering harsh feel but not overbearing. Overall, nice bock made for the harvest. Pretty sure I could do it again, and would be a good beer with its respected food.

Poured from the 22 oz bottle into a snifter.
Pours a beautiful slightly hazy amber with one finger of head. Beautiful color.
Aromas are lacking though, not a ton of aroma, slightly yeasty and slightly bready.
Taste is nice decent malt backbone hear but clean with a touch of spice and slight bitterness.
Mouthfeel is excellent and slightly chewy for this bock style. I like it.
Overall, I really liked everything about this beer except the lack of aroma.
