The appearance was a transparent golden color with a small cap of a little white semi-foamy head. Quickly left to let some sliding lace.
The aroma had some white cracker malts, light green peppers, zesty/herbal character and a touch of lemon on the back end.
The flavor was malty sweet with a sturdy dry herbal character backing it up to tie it together. Mild aftertaste of cracker malts and herbal.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fantastic sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt on par. Cracker malty finish, very clean.
Overall, nicely done pilsner I'd be willing to come back to.

20oz. Can. 1 pint. "Pills for the people" on bottom of can. Canned on 6/22/18
Opened on 8/25/18
Brewed with Bohemian malts and Sterling hops. Poured into a Schott Zwiesel pilsner glass.

A sparkling clear gold color. Minimal white foam top, recedes to only a thin layer of coverage.

It sure has a classic nose. Zesty, herbal and slightly spicy Sterling hop punch. Green veggies, spring water, robust grains of wheat and hay with a honey-soaked bready malt edge that all equals a very traditional style aroma.

Whoa...the first sip just set my taste buds off!! Super crispy, light and refreshing firstvpull. The crispy malt is loaded with grainy flavors from the field, golden wheat, hay, corn etc. Dried herbs, wet earth, honey bread...all from the rather complex BOHO style malted barley. The Sterling hops give off a certain, gentle spice and garden veggies effect. Very "green". The balance is classic. There is a very subtle "adjunct" like finish in the after taste, perhaps corn or added sugars? Which imparts a bit of American Adjunct Lager quality to it... but it's not at all "off" flavors. Just worth noting. Complex and seriously crushable.

I'm enjoying the sh!+ Out of this!!

Pours a bright whitish-gold hue with a huge frothy head. Sweet and bready upfront with nice touch of Sterling hops in the nose. Crisp, sweet with the right touch of bitterness towards the back. Lots of lingering sweet malt and bitterness in the mouthfeel. Full of flavor and certainly worth your time.
