This is a pretty solid take on what otherwise is a fairly unmemorable German Pissner style.
Stone Corral done a real good job here though. The brew is crisp, has a very nice pronounced Euro hop bite, and is actually quite pleasant to drink.
It ain't a Czech style Pilsner, not is it advertised as such. Not sure why the Beer Advocate description included "Czech" as that's a totally different style of beer.
The only other two decent German/Bohemian Pilsners made in Vermont is Centenarian by Weird Window Brewing and Pilsner by Black Flannel. If you were to look for Vermont-made Czech style brews, the only two worthy contenders would be Czech Your Ego by Drop-In and Czech by Von Trapp.
This one pairs really well with prosciutto and provolone stuffed cherry peppers and cheddar cream cheese bacon stuffed jalapenos.
Would drink this again at some point.

Can. Golden with dense rocky head and soapy lace. Very fresh light herbal bready aroma. Fairly low grainy bready sweetness for style (which I like). Fresh herbal grassy hay finish. Lift body and lively without biting. Delicious.
