This pours a near black with a 2.5" tan head; very good retention and spotty. Nose is rather savory with dark soy sauce, some sweeter, almost tropical notes, browned meat - it's kind of all over the place and not necessarily in a good way. Cola-like sweetness up front, maybe a trace of milk sugar; on the finish, some more soy notes. Feel has medium weight with only light carbonation. Found this to be a little too savory for my taste.

Sampled at the brewery.
Poured a clear almost black with a full nitrogen head.
Smells of chocolate, dark malts.
Nice smooth silky mouth feel.
Tastes suggest chocolate, dark malts, backed by nitro.
