1 pint/16oz can poured into a Hefeweizen glass.
Look: Nice thick cloudy haze, muted yellow color with a decently robust head that stayed around the entire time 4.5/5
Smell: Bready alcohol, not incredibly strong 3.75/5
Taste: Green Apple, hint of clove 4.75/5
Feel: Appropriately thick for the style 4.25/5
Overall: One of the better American hefe's I've found, as someone who very much enjoys German imports. Would pick up again in a heartbeat and will make a point to visit the brewery when I'm up their way 4.25/5
