As a Buffaloian I had high hopes for this beer. It did not disappoint. This may be the absolute best pilsner I have ever had. My only regret is when visiting Buffalo, where I grew up, I didnt buy more than a 12 pack....
If you have an opportunity to buy or drink this beer, do yourself a favor, and buy it! You won't be disappointed

I am trying a pint of this beer off the tapper at the Cornerstone Arena in Lockport, NY. It poured a clear golden with thin white ring head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had subtle grain and hints of lemon. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with grain and subtle bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Poured from bottle to tulip, good 1+ finger cream colored head, recedes to a pool, good retention. Pale golden in the glass, slight chill haze. Nose has something going on that I can't pin down, almost like esters, not sure, second in 2 days and get the same smell, almost thinking it was slight Belgian, must be the fruity hops. Kind of surprising, but enjoyable. Taste is slightly fruity, grassy with a spiciness in the middle. Finish isn't' as crisp as most lagers, but good enough. The fruitiness lingers on the palate after the finish.

pretty solid lager, classic in style with a bit more depth as craft brew. Bready, Strawn, and clean all the way through. These guys nailed this style.

No date on the bottle that I can find.
Pours a pale gold with plenty of foam that shrinks to a fine layer.
Smells of spicy hops, bread, toast, more hops that are noble like.
Good taste of bread and toast but what impresses me is the hop profile. Noble like, spicy, no citrus or pine. Not needed.
Fairly light bodied but imho, the smell and taste are assertive. I like.

I am normally not a big lager drinker, but this hit the spot today with just the right combo of sweet malt, caramel, biscuit, floral hops, pine notes and spices like tea leaf and pepper. It was well balanced and easy to drink.

Clear pale yellow, with quickly-dissipating white head.
Smell is mostly bready/doughy grain, light apple juice, and floral hops.
Taste is bread with a touch of honey (not too sweet) , apple, pear, finishing with some floral & straw . Light pleasant bitterness.
Overall pleasant, if unremarkable. I wouldn't turn it down if offered , especially on a hot summer day.

Slightly hazy, transparent golden appearance with a small soapy white head. Good retention, with some spotty lacing.
Very floral and pilsner like aroma. Green pepper flesh, dough, lemon zest, fresh cut grass, white pepper.
Very doughy and cracker, followed by grass and white pepper. Slightly sweet. Lots of lager yeast. Fairly clean and crisp finish. A hint of honey sweetness begs the next sip.
Light mouthfeel, but good carbonation.

Having his beer at the outdoor bar/restaurant at the hotel in Lakewood, NY on Lake Chataqua I am staying at my vacation with my wife and her parents. This beer draws a fairly clear, just slightly cloudy/hazy, light golden color with a white head that’s about half an inch thick when first drawn and served. Has several streams of bubbles fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beer’s surface. Head settles eventually to a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass. Aromas of some biscuity malts and grains and some floral hops. A very similar flavor profile here, with some biscuity malts and grains and some floral hop bitterness. A simple, enjoyable flavor profile. Has a crisp, slightly prickly, also smooth, light bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. An enjoyable and refreshing beer on this summer evening
