Notes from brewery: "Foeder conditioned farmhouse ale, with local honey and a blend of white tea, rose, hibiscus and peach. Brewed in cooperation with Coven Brewing, Abeille Voyante Tea Co., Apoidea Apiary and @halloweenisforever" It sounds more complicated and interesting than it is. This is the second time I've tried this saison at the brewery. It was very light and bright in a tall glass with low-moderate carbonation and no head to speak of. It's very pleasant but needs a little more of everything – wood, funk, herb, etc.
