Appearance: A clear yellow color, though it was hard to tell exactly because the bar was pretty dim. Little to no head.
Smell: You can definitely smell the yeasty funk happening in this one- notes of hay, Greek yoghurt, and tart cherry.
Taste: Quite sour. The beer is very tart but not unpleasantly so. Unfortunately I found some bile notes in the beer rather than some of the better sour fruit notes I've had in some other sours. This pushed me away a bit.
Mouthfeel: Medium to medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. Very drinkable.
Overall: A middle of the line sour.
