Though there is not any detectable hop flavor the brewer says this is made with Styrian Goldings, Motueka, Wakatu, and Pacific Jade hops. IBUs rated at 22. On tap at the brewery in downtown Denver.
Cloudy pour with the keg a little shaken, the bartender apologized. It is quite yeasty, which probably doesn't show it to best advantage. The color is frosted pale amber yellow. Moderate foam. Some yeasty bitterness but there is really not too much flavor here.
Overall this is a tiresome, watery, pointless excuse for a lower-alcohol brew, and just awful as a Saison. I could not finish the pint.
