This is a wit I'd like to have next spring. (Even though I finished the 32 ounce growler I purchased from Beer Drop.)
Why I like wits is they are citrus fruity and sweet. This one used honey. Bee Cool is only 10 IBU, so modest in its use of hops and it does achieve balance. Totally refreshing on an early Autumn day after riding my bike for 31 miles (my old bones ache.) Anyway, find Bee Cool Honey Bunny and enjoy.
Because I am becoming a serious Beer Drop customer (this is was part of my third shipment this year), I intend to have more from Jagged Mountain, including their saisons.
