Hmmm...I'm only the second one to review this?
Typical pale ale appearance. Good amber colour, and typical of most Belgian beers I have, a very vigorous head.
Malty smell with a spicy character to it. Taste is dry, spicy with a malt backing. No hops present. Yeasty notes, faint fruit esters. No candy sugar. Not terribly exciting or intriguing.
Decent mouthfeel - carbonation is acceptable. Drinkable, but there are certainly far more exciting Belgians out there.

BB 10-04-07 so mustbe fresh. Nose is very malty and IMO even bit wortlike. Still enjoyable as it smells fresh and shows a green hint in the back. Very clean fermentation without many esters. taste is also very full but has not that much sweetness and has IMO nasty aftertaste that's soapysourhangingbitter. Still great to enjoy once every once in a while as it is something totaly different. Medium bitterness and alcohol only present in the back. Well carbonated and to me still enjoyable as it is so different.
