DIPA aged in red and white wine barrels with brettanomyces, blended, then dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe (iirc hops).

Very interesting wine barrel aged DIPA.
Lighter bodied and slightly tart, it has a botanical element from the hops but a subdued bitterness.
Smell is slightly funky Brett with some light white grape character.
Flavor is the same with a light tart grape and dry oakiness. Light cheesy Brett funk in the clean dry aftertaste.
Overall very complex and drinkable.
