Each year, Loftus Ranches and YCH Hops donate a unique hop blend to breweries across the country to use in their individual recipes for Ales for ALS and raise funds for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) research.

Inspired by Lou Gehrig's 1939 speech, considering himself the "luckiest man on the face of the earth" despite his diagnosis, we named our participating brew "The Luckiest Man."

As proud supporters of Ales for ALS, Big Grove Brewery and its partners are donating a portion of proceeds from the sale of this beer to the ALS Therapy Development Institute.
