On tap at the Big Grove Brewery, Cedar Rapids, IA; served in a 7-ounce tasting glass. Clear yellow in color, with a finger of white head that left a sheet of beautiful lacing as it settled. This has the aromas and flavors of the quintessential WCIPA (pine, grapefruit, zest, bitter, a little maltiness for balance) but with a little less intensity. Light in body, very easy drinking, and a crisp and dry finish. It's also a great all-purpose "food beer." Reminds me a little of the brut IPA, which I (and apparently few others) really liked. Big Grove is canning this, so you might see it if you're in their distro area. If so, I recommend picking up a sixer or two.
