Unfiltered lager brewed only with Saaz hops and Bohemian malts. Fermented in one of our open fermentation tanks for a true Czech experience. Slightly hazy with a light, refreshing taste, easy to drink a stein or two.

On tap at the Big Grove Brewery, Cedar Rapids, IA; served in a 7-ounce tasting glass. Very hazy pale yellow in appearance, with a snow-white head that settled to a thin ring. To me this is the quintessential "beer-flavored beer." Great malt character, with a balance of the herbal and slightly spicy hop kick. Although light and crisp, there is good depth of flavor here. Great either on its own or with pub grub. This is a very limited edition beer, brewed at Big Grove's Cedar Rapids facility. If you find yourself anywhere near their CR taproom, you owe it to yourself to stop in for a pint. (Or two.)
