Brewed in conjunction with Whiskey Road Tavern & Grill's 10th Anniversary Celebration, this rich imperial stout rested in Whiskey Road's hand-picked Weller 107 barrel for 18 months. The result....absolute decadence!!!

On tap at Whiskey Road, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a snifter. Appearance is motor oil - not a bad thing - with a dark tan head. Delightful aromas and flavors of chocolate, vanilla, licorice, and molasses, with big notes of bourbon/barrel. Mouthfeel is silky, almost syrupy. Quite sweet on the palate, with lots of alcohol heat. This lives up to its name, for it is indeed DECADEnt. Highly recommended, but it's available for a limited time and only at Whiskey Road.
