What the living heck...are we really so desperate for ideas that we have to pass off salad dressing as beer these days? In all honestly this wasn't as horrendous as it sounded, but still...this is just unnecessary.
Yellow-orange pour, normal white head. Sugary malts and vinegar. Really, vinegar. There's no two ways about it, you make a beer with vinegar, and it's going to taste like vinegar. Vinegar is an off-flavor. AN OFF-FLAVOR. It doesn't belong in beer. Now it wasn't overly strong or overbearing, which is what made it somewhat tolerable. But it's vinegar. VINEGAR. How anyone could drink more than a sip of this is beyond me. Boil it and turn it into a reduction, then maybe you have something, but this is a terrible idea for a beer and shouldn't exist.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
