I only had a few sips of this beer, and that's all I think my husband would have let me had. That's how good this beer was. I'm a fan of wheat beers but this one was extraordinary though. You definitely taste the chamomile, and it pairs extremely well with the beer. The only downside was, after drinking this beer (and eating a larger meal), it will definitely make you sleepy.

Surprisingly one of the best beers I have had in a long time. I had never heard of it, but it was on the guest tap at the New Albanian in New Albany, Indiana so I tried it...wow! Crisp, lots of depth of flavor, almost a rye bread like taste. Just a great beer.
