I really like the base beer, so I was excited to try this. Pour is nearly black, garnet colors around the edges, tan head.
The barrel is present on the nose, but it wipes out the vanilla and rye. The taste also features the barrel, but its thin, and it squishes the vanilla and the rye. Glad I tried it, but the base beer is better.
