Fermented with Kveik Farmhouse yeast and brewed with wild flower honey, coriander, cardamom, lemon and orange peel. This is a combination between a mead and farmhouse ale with a medium-light body, refreshing and has loads of fruit flavors through out. We are sailors heading towards the future.

Poured near-clear into a mug at the brewery, thin head, lacing. Faint smell. Taste of coriander and lemon zest, honey not noted. Dry with a touch of pepper in the finish. Light, smooth mouthfeel; quite drinkable on a hot day (like today).
