750ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a murky brown color with a one finger foamy white head that retains long after the pour. Tons of sediment floating around
S- spicy and vegetal aroma with tons of clove, radish & cinnamon.
T- as with aroma, tons of clove and cinnamon with some vegetal notes that continue through to the finish. More almost overbearing clove on the longer
M- medium body and carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish
O- too much spicing for me, didn't really get and pumpkin latte notes

Poured a cloudy orange body with one finger head and minimal lace. There is this mix of pumpkin spice (mostly peppery kind and not strong with cinnamon or nutmeg) and yeast/wheat twang (not really typical Belgian yeast aroma but close). Light bodied, smooth drinker, the pumpkin spice shines through with some nutmeg like sweetness, hints of vanilla sweetness more than anything lactic and the coffee malts come through on backend with a rather dry, harsh feel that doesn't nullify sweetness but this is not a well balanced beer, either.

From 12/05/15 notes. 750ml bottle into a tulip.
Light coffee throughout, kind of dig this one the most. Roasted malts, pumpkin, coffee grinds watered down, bread, dough, and wheat. Medium body.
Overall my favorite of their three pumpkin beers; better than Is and Ain't Easy.
