What happens when you get 16 breweries together to make a beer? They put a lot of hops in it, that's what. RBU Collaboration # 2 is a celebration of the American IPA and since we're only brewing this beer once, we decided to make it unforgettable. Generously hopped with copious amounts of Amarillo, Simcoe and Centennial hops RBU Collaboration # 2 bursts with hop flavor and aroma. Meant to be enjoyed fresh. Made for the city we love and for people who deserve great beer.

Poured a clear, golden body with two-finger head that died quickly and left little lace. Typical dry, citric hopped aroma with hints of sweet caramel malt. Light bodied and easy to drink, the beer has a bitter hoppy dryness that is the star but enough of a malty sweetness to add depth and flavor and beer has a clean finish. Nothing amazing about this beer but it gets the job done.
