Juicy #20 is a tropical punch to your mouth. This New England style IPA is built on a solid foundation of barley, wheat, and oats which lends itself to a full and silky mouthfeel, but this bad boy is all about the hops. Dry-hopped with Sabro, Taiheke, El Dorado, Motueka, and Citra, Juicy #20 is bursting with mango, pineapple, mandarin orange, and fresh coconut all complimented by the subtle ester profile of our favorite English Ale yeast.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrusy, floral, and herbal (basil-like) aromas are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of coconuts along with notes of floral hops and hints of citrus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the taste of this beer as it showcased the coconut-like flavors of the Sabro hops.

Ummm...maybe I am getting a bit spoiled by now. This VA NEIPA is a private jet to Vermont with a stowaway pineapple . No adjunct BS , this Is the real deal. Dang.

From the can, it pours a nice hazy amber with a nice, but modest, white head that lasts and leaves lacing. In the nose, it is a bit of citrus - possibly tangerine. In the mouth, it is pleasant but not outstanding, with a bitter aftertaste. Nice can, though.

4-packs available at Costco and only 16 days old, so I thought I'd give it a try. Poured a little darker than expected but had a decent tangerine and orange creamsicle nose. Taste didn't really pop...a pretty average follow through on the nose. Bitter in the aftertaste like orange pith that really brings it down at the end. Decent beer overall, but certainly not a top NEIPA for the price.
