We brewed this Berliner Weisse Ale for those hot summer days that you just can’t seem to catch your thirst. Soured with a blend of lactic acid-forming bacterias that lend to big notes of freshly cut lemon wedges. We then blended with Blackberries to create a tart, crisp, fruity, and beautifully hued libation. We hope you love this Berliner as much as the bears on our farm love our blackberries!

This was a tasty refreshing thirst-quenching brew that was totally enjoyable. Nice color, nice fizz, great flavor.

A: The beer is rather hazy light purple in color. It poured with a quarter finger high pink colored head that left a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sour lemons are present in the nose along with hints of blackberries.
T: The taste is sour and has flavors of blackberries with hints of lemons.
M: It feels light-bodied, a little tart, and faintly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't overly sour or fruity but is easy to drink.
