Slightly hazy golden color with a thin head, but leaving traces.
Malty aroma with no signs of dry hopping as stated. Notes of malt juice, honey and maybe noble hops.
Flavor with notes of crude malt, honey and just enough floral hops to balance the beer. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness. Only 10 IBUs.
Light to watery body with appropriate carbonation.
This hits the spot for the traditional Brazilian beer drinker with only 10 IBUs just not to make this unbalanced. That said, the dry hopping couldn’t be milder. This can sure be improved, even targeting the same audience.
